Secure mail reception services
We offer a secure mail reception service for individuals without a fixed address or for individuals who need a safe place to receive important mail, including social assistance cheques and government documents. Our mail service is safe, secure, and confidential. Clients can come in person to open a file with us, or contact us by phone or email for more information. In addition to this service, Face à Face is able to help clients secure lost, stolen or expired RAMQ cards as well.
Identification options for mail reception
Please note that clients must present a piece of valid identification to open up a file using our mail reception service. If clients do not possess a valid form of identification, a signed attestation issued by a working professional following the client (i.e., doctor, nurse, social worker, lawyer, etc) can be used instead.
